I've just found an article in The Times about the Galician goose barnacles and the way they are caught.

I think it could be very interesting to read what the an English newspaper tells us about this shellfish. Do you agree with it's said in the article?

If they say that percebes are "unusual foods" and ugly "shellfish" is because they have never eat them!!!
well, i think this article is quite realist. The writer talks about how dangerously the fishermen work, how the molluscs are cooked and how they are considered as an extraordinary meal.
His name is Anthony Capella, i think he must have Spanish family. A true British would not care about this strange Spanish tradition of eating barnacles.
