I went to the doctor last monday and he gave me a guide to healthy meals. This is the guide:
- FOR BREAKFAST:
Muesli is a very good choice. Or eat a wholewheat cereal with semi-skimmed milk and no sugar. If you have toast, use wholewheat bread, and have no sugar in your tea.
- TAKE AWAYS:
A baked potato is a good choice, but use a cottage cheese filling. If you hace a burger, use a wholemeal bun, and have a salad but not chips. (Don´t have fish and chips), there is a lot of fat in this.
- MAIN MEALS
Spaghetti bolognese is OK if you use wholewheat spaghetti and eat more spaghetti than sauce. Roast chicken is good choice, but eat it with boiled potatoes, and have yoghurt with apple tart.
A very good choice is vegetable curry, but use brown rice.

The advice of doctors are good.
But you have to eat a little of everything.
What we need is not between meals snacks, fried and a little less
care with sweets.
Half hour walk every day or practice any other sport
would be very nice.
